The staff members were friendly and helpful, especially Erika in the Concierge who went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday special. The hotel's location was also convenient, as it was close to key attractions and within walking distance to various amenities.
The hot water was inconsistent, and we often had difficulty getting a proper shower. Additionally, the hotel had some maintenance issues, such as toilets that had trouble flushing and stained sheets and towels.
